Good little cooler for power LED's or other electronic equipment that needs cooling. I have not measured, but a good number that is always god to have is thermal resistance. I calculated R(T) as 4.65°C/W at 0.5 m/s (air speed), 2.35°C/W at 1.0 m/s air speed. Without a fan, convection may give some 5°C/watt, if the cooler is mounted with the fins open and vertically. Since some 70% of the power to a LED becomes heat, a 10W LED produces 7W heat. With 5°C/W that is an increase of some 35°C, so that should be OK, in most cases.
