Nowadays with many different devices being plugged in to USB ports, it is good to get a better idea of what is happening so you don't overload the port or damage what you plug in to the port. This device will keep you informed about the voltage that exists (before and after you plug something in) and also the current that is drawn after the device is connected, all with a very readable display. As an added bonus there is a timer and a calculation of current times the time elapsed. This will be part of my test equipment from now on.
