Sam There is nothing wrong with your goggles. There are two fans inside, one which is switchable and blows air into the eyepiece for defogging. And the other which is always on and is needed to cool down the internals, the LCOS displays will overheat and die without it (also make sure you never block the fan port on the bottom when set down). If you had watched any reviews before purchase you would already know this.

Sam The "3D" options are only for external AV or HDMI input, and they use the "side by side" video format used by google cardboard and other VR headsets (although it is certainly not VR as there is no headtracking and the displays are not suited for it).

Sam No they are not, these are longer. If your battery holder uses compressible springs then they may still fit. I posted a review which includes the actual length (the one in the listing is wrong) but it was removed.

Sam The "Realacc RX5808-PRO-PLUS-OSD with Achilles" receiver works perfectly in my EV200D goggles, although note you can only use one module (regular diversity not quadversity).

Sam Yes it is designed to use 4 antennas, that is the whole point of quadversity
