jeffescortlx Yes, replace the 220v hot air heating element with a 110v one. They typically go by the part number 858D.

jeffescortlx No, not exactly. The internal power supply will work with 110-220 so the soldering station will work with either, but the hot air heating element is for 220v.

This dash cam spews out a large amounts of RF interference. It jams all radio frequencies when it's on, both FM and HD radio channels. It sucks that you have to choose between listening to the radio or recording. I tried a different power plug and it didn't make any difference. I removed the main camera board and wrapped in it aluminum tape and grounded it as a RF shield. It helped but still weakens radio reception. Camera is a little out of focus, doesn't seem to auto record at night? Some times it will lock up and not allow to enter the menu. The instructions are unclear. Why does loop recording only go for 3 minuets? With the RF interference issue it's unacceptable.
