BG564717331 You can gently squeeze the ends to make it have better contact with your head; however, the back will stick out as it doesn't retract into the headphones.

BG564717331 They usually have them all. Just save it, and in 2-3 weeks, they will have them all, or buy the stock one and get your favorite brown switches. I got the reds and changed them for some matchas.
