This little quad is quite fantastic. It flies really well right out of the box. At first I thought the transmitter was crap but I actually like the size and the way it fits in my hands. The build quality however is not that great, and the vibration is a little annoying. If it's supposed to indicate signal strength, it's very hard to tell any difference. The goggles are ok. I thought the face hole would be a little bigger as I wear glasses and there is a gap around the edges that lets in light even with the padding. The resolution is pretty good and the reception is not bad. I wish there were more batteries. An alternative would be to build the quad separately and but the jumper t-lite and the ev800d or cobra s/x goggles. That would be a little more expensive but without throw away tx and goggles.

Q: I can't seem to access the aspect ratio setting or screen mode setting on the menu. the options are greyed out and I can't seem to find anywhere in the factory menu to allow those options.

I just received but haven't put together yet.I knew there would be soldering but these smd parts are tiny. Don't sneeze or you will lose the parts. And the main chip has tiny pads. Hopefully I can get them down without bridging. I wanted more of a build than just screwing in posts which is why I purchased the unassembled kit, but I think the the 4 extra dollars for preassembled board would have been worth it. I have been watching tutorial videos on the proper ways to smd solder. Looks like I will need the extra tips I purchased from here to do the job right.

Nice little frame. I would have rather purchased the hd frame because this has the arms as part of the bottom plate and the ducts are slightly in the picture but I didn't know about the hd frame at the time. Also, this was purchased as a kit and I wanted the geprc spedix motors instead.

This little stack is pretty amazing. The pads are so tiny, but made well. pretty easy to work with.

Sweet little motors and pretty quiet. I haven't pushed them all the way yet. The packaging was confusing however. It said they were all CCW motors, but they all appear to be CW motors. Doesn't really matter, I changed direction in BL Heli and I am not worried about losing props.

This is a great little rc jeep. Nice for tooling around the house or backyard. I don't like the delay on the throttle though, and there is a little clicking sound on the rear springs as the leafs rub against the plastic.

Q: I have the CLAA154WA*****.4 inch lcd 3.3v 180x800 (which appears on panel look website) using the T.SK105A.03 board and firmware. I have downloaded the 1200x800 firmware but when I plug in my usb, the light does not blink. When I power on the lcd, there is only white screen. Does anyone else have this lcd? Are you using a different firmware?

I've only bench tested this receiver, but so far it seems pretty great. Such powerful hardware in such a small and affordable package. I plan to upgrade the firmware. I only wish there were a pinout list for all of the headers.

iamhandgun wheredid you get that file to flash? I have the exact same lcd but the closest in the latest firmware release is CPS198_20052547_FZSM_SK105A_03_A1_IR_XY_AP_M90_PNL_B141EW01_1280_800_S6L_4M_P_7KEY_REF100_920fd214_20201117_125942 and to doesn't seem to work. no blinking.

All fine working without problem. My LCD panel 15.4 "1280x800px 60Hz LCM 30-pin LVDS (1ch 6bit) 3.3V (CLAA154WA01AQ) from Fujitsu L1310g laptop. No modification needed. Only flashed CPS6_19028152_RX_V53_03_A1_IR_XY_AP_M90_PNL_B154EW08_V0_1280_800_4MB file . Analog TV not available in our region anymore. HDMI input and USB mp4 player tested. Sound and video no issues.

So far this kit has been amazing. Unfortunately I am not able to drive it until I find a new servo. The one included seems to be dead on arrival. The only other thing I can say is that I wish the instructions defined the screw sizes a little better or that they were in numbered bags. Also, there are not any instructions on how to install the electronics. The packaging is horrible. There is nothing protecting the pieces. I would have expected the box to be a little beefier. I knew the package had arrived because I heard the pieces clanging around when the box landed on my porch. The body had a couple of small bends in it which don't effect the performance but do effect the aesthetics. I would recommend this kit. Easy build if you have the right tools. Looks great. Can't speak to drivability yet.
