TechnoMasterBoy No this is definitely not normal. When you tighten the tool, it should not move at all. If it's loose, it'll cause a lot of vibrations, making your tool not cut properly. Jerry you should know this kind of stuff. If it's loose after tightening it, it can be a deadly hazard. I assume you want your customers to be alive. If your tool is not performing the way it should, immediately return it and ask for a replacement. Working with tools that are broken or otherwise damaged in any way on machines can result in serious injury.
