Garry Mohsin, the kit comes with the XT-60 un-soldered, so you can use wire. Make sure you use a high capacity battery and add the capacitor across the input positive and negative terminals. It is designed for a 3 cell Lipo battery with at least 150 A output capability. I'm using a 3 cell Lipo, 3000mah and 60C rated battery which is 180A capable (very short duration).
