Squeebles No, as per description "Input voltage range: 190~240VAC, 47~63Hz" - Switching power supply is the technology used to *drop* the voltage, not a description of being 110V-240V compatible. Switching power supplies, to oversimplify, have an AC-DC rectifier and a capacitor, and full power is connected to the capacitor to charge it up to the output voltage, then turned off, then turned on when output drops, and so on, very very fast, to maintain the output voltage close to the goal output (this on-off connection is the "switching").
