Q: Earphones do not connect together, they usually work individually. How can I fix it?

Rsaparoea @johnmnagy or anybody else: I have tried everything that I could find but still no succes. The manual says that the earbuds are switched off if you press the earbud for 5 seconds, which indeed it does. And that you can reset by pressing the earbud for 10 seconds. How can that work if the earbuds are turned off after 5 seconds? Anybody found a solution?

Q: Does anyone know how to reset the earbuds to default, I have received the set yesterday and both earbuds are working as individual buds and not together, I have tried to press the button on the case as suggeted on the manual without success. Thanks

Rsaparoea I read the answer of BG184145438 "pressbutton". Does he mean the button on the case? It doesn't work for me. Does that mean that the case is defective?
