Basic kit for my soldering needs, and I'm overall satisfied. The soldering iron is a true temperature controlled iron unlike the ones with a built-in temperature knob which are wattage controlled, and indicates that it's heating up by flashing the C icon in the display. It also comes with all the accessories described in the promotional material, and the amount of solder included is larger than expected. However it did disappoint in some areas, specifically: 1. Soldering iron is not grounded as was indicated in the promotional pictures. The pictures depicted an EU CEE 7/7 earthed plug, but the one I received has a EU CEE 7/17 unearthed plug. 2. LCD temperature setting display has a partially non-displaying middle digit as shown in one of the attached pictures (temperature is set at 289 C to highlight all non-working segments). There are enough segments that the temperature is still readable and the soldering iron overall usable, but I'm still disappointed with the quality control. 3. Soldering iron stand lacks a throat and the soldering iron is thin enough that it can slide far down until it nearly touches the table. I recommend to buy a separate stand of a different type for safety reasons. If you are still using it, secure the stand to the table with adhesives as it is very light and moves easily. Overall it is a good kit for soldering.

Good and confortable ergonomic mouse that fits well in large hands. It takes a couple of days to get used to the position of the scroll wheel but it's fine after that, and the thumb rest is large and well positioned. The two side buttons are bound to the forward and back actions in file and web browsers but can be rebound to different keys using third-party software. The battery compartment has a magnetic latch. It is a very good mouse overall and it looks great as well.

Q: Is this board breadboard friendly ?

jhvochten It's too wide for a single breadboard. To use with breadboards you can either plug each side into a small breadboard, or you can cut a breadboard in half and use them as smaller separate breadboards you can plug in each side.

Product is as described. 10 masks per box packaged in pairs. I can confirm that the manufacturer (Zhiyi Medical Health Product) is a legitimate PPE manufacturer.

Works with Bose QC35 II. I recommend that you check out some video tutorials on how to install them. Good quality ear cushions.

Simple to assemble, though there are a lot of LEDs to solder! All parts are clearly marked, however you may have to consult the online schematics for some resistors which do not have their values labelled. The "colorful" option gives you flashing color-changing LEDS. Make sure you fold the capacitors flat onto the board or you may no be able to fit the boards together. Solder all the parts onto the board before you solder the boards together. Suitable for beginners who are learning soldering, and makes a nice decoration. A USB power cable is included so it can be powered from a typical USB charger.

It's easy to assemble and works really well. All parts are clearly labelled on the circuit board so no manual is needed, though make sure to test for continuity on the switch so it's placed in the correct orientation since the orientation is not marked. It is a novelty demonstration metal detector with a small detection range of 10 cm for a large coin, so you won't find much practical use for it, but it's still fun to play with. Suitable for beginners who are learning soldering.

Helping hands arrived in good shape and with no signs of damage or imperfection. Has a all-metal construction and a heavy solid steel base that helps prevent tipping over, and the stiffness of the armature can be adjusted and tightened. The magnifier is 60mm in diameter and is useful even though the magnification is not so strong. Very helpful tool for soldering circuit boards.

Q: Can it be powered by 9V 3A or 12V 3A?

jhvochten Itcan be powered with a power supply between 7-12V. However no more than 9V is recommended because the voltage regulator is strained more with higher voltages.
