donaldsneffe Seems out of calibration. Calibrate throttle new. Check if there is something in description. If not, try: Turn on radio first (always!), then boat, then go full forward, reverse, center. You will have to get into the calibration mode of ESC, check description or internet how to do it with your ESC.
