Item came packed in box with pairs of spare rubbers for each earphone. It was all as it was described. Little tutorial. If you want to pair L and R one so u can attach them over bluetooth as one (not as two separate earphones). 1. Unpair the buds from the devices where it is connected. 2. Reset the buds by placing them on the case and hold the touch sensor for 5-10 secs until the buds led blink and remain steady. 3. Take the buds out of the case and hold the touch sensors for 10-20secs and tap both until you see that their led indicators are synced. 4. Connect them on your devices and enjoy.
