La boule n'est pas faite de cuivre comme le dit la description, parce qu'elle colle aux aimants. Ça doit être de l'acier recouvert de cuivre. Dans l'ensemble, j'en suis très satisfait.

Works very well as a stand and as a tip cleaner. It might be useful to add some rubber feet on the bottom to prevent slipping while cleaning your tip with one hand. The ball is not made of copper as the description says, because it sticks to magnets. Must be copper coated steel or something along that line. Overall, I am very satisfied with it.

Does as written - clean a tip of soldering iron from grease. Metallic sponge size is enough for most soldering irons. It is easy to access and can be taken out to swap sides or change to another. Base is not slippy on most surfaces, so this cleaner is very comfortable for use with one busy hand. You can leave soldering iron on it if required. Very good product, I can recommend it to others.

Took a while to arrive, but the product is exactly like expected. This is entirely sufficient as a soldering iron cleaner and/or stand (for example, for my TS100). The only suggestion I would make is to stick some rubber pads (or simply pvc tape) on the bottom, so it doesn't move or scratch the surface it's on.

I’ve only just started to use these instead of the foam sponges that always dry out and get lost or rip and discolour. I find this type of cleaner much better at cleaning the tip without damaging it. This one works well and doesn’t move while wiping the tip even though it seems a little light. Great for the money.
