I replaced the drive shaft of my FT012 with this one. I did not like the Dog Bone couple that is used in FT012. Too noisy and wears too quickly, 'with the flex cable and a Brass Coupler the FT012 runs real smooth and not as noisy. This item came with a propeller attached to it. I used the original FT012 Prop though. The propeller that comes with this Flex Cable is too small.
