Ordered it May 16 2021, I received yesterday May 26. Very much appreciated the way customer service assist me, Thanks. Having the product for 1 day observation, For Battery : it last to me like almost 3 hours using it. I normally use Zoom, YouTube, other video to watch and browsing net. Tablet appearance: Quality seems nice for the price. I just remember yesterday, while I'm watching the video, it hanged up then suddenly restarted, tablet like in 38% battery. I don't know why it happened but hopefully it won't happen again. Quite sad because no free casing however overall observation for 1 day, so far so good the teclast p20hd. So for someone who's on budget this tablet is for you too 😊😊.
