The box it came in was a bit damaged but the product inside was fine. It's very easy to set up, just put the soap in the top and the batteries in the bottom. It works perfectly and makes minimal noise. This motivated me to use soap more often as it is so easy now, I also waste less soap because of the correct dosage that comes out.

My wife just loves those dispensers - I bought two units, one for the kitchen and one for the washroom. They are very convienent and stay clean since we only have to touch them when we fill them up. Used for over a month so far with no problems what-so-ever. I would recommend these units - great price, quality and appearance.

I bought this unit 6 months ago , and now it stopped working, the printed circuit board is defective, it is a pity because the dispenser did his job but only 6 months!!!!
