The charger i got from BG had Firmware 1.10 and i had problems with the chargemaster program from SkyRC because the program didnt download or find the firmware update v.1.12 to get it to work you have to go to region and language in windows and change the format to (English United States) from the format you usually use in your windows.after i did this the chargemaster program downloaded the new firmware and i could update the charger.
