Вполне нормальный инструмент. Да, можно и полирнуть иглы, чтобы работал лучше. Но все равно, без наличия токарного станка сам такой не сделаешь. А если вспомнить стоимость - вообще - отличный. Лично я - рекомендую. Кстати, для примера - зашить пару тапок у нас стоит около $18. А без инструменту это сделать тяжело. Дак нафига платить больше?

Инструмент нужный, но сделан грубо. Иглы придётся шлифовать, иначе нить будет рваться. В целом хорошо, за такие деньги.
