With this 3508 motor bell this well balanced . big enough for s500 quad builts with 12x 4.5 carbon fiber props. Now comes to current draw . 10" prop 3s lipo = max 5A 12" prop 4s lipo = max 9.5 or some times 10.2 reaches. Best part what esc .if motor is drawing only 11 Amp it better to put a 5s 35amp esc no need 40amp. Unless you have enough money.

well built motor... fits well on S500 frame with some mounting mod... test-run on inav with 34A 4in1 ESC and seems running well... still finishing my built, hope to do well on its maiden :)

i use 2 of these motors on my mini goose (new x-uav clouds) with a 10×7 prop. on 4 s in used 15 amps at full trotle (2 motors so 7.5 amp each). it had some good trust but i think i need more rpm's and trust to klimb, so i make a 6s li-ion pack to use with these motors. i guess they use 3 amp each on 6s crusetrotle. but thats just a guess ;)
