BMS with LED indicators is good it shows the performance of each line at the time of charge and discharge
good bms it shows each and every 16 series line indicators to know the performance of each line
I'm an amateur and would like to have had some indication where to solder the main charge and discharge wires.
Got hold of a 48V 10 Amp battery for an e bike project. Dit not charge by normal connection did charge with negative an positive direct connection. Conclusion balance board... costs about 90 dollars or 100euro's in Holland. Took a little bit of faith but over 50 orders yet on Bang good and you guessed it did the trick! Only difference the dimensions of the old board (from a Qugo an e-unit from Dutch design with parts from china of course) the white connection plug has a extra ground connection on the old board this one does not. Cut that peace of the connector so it did fit this unit and it balances perfectly. Did save a battery of 550 euros with 17...(in all honesty got a very smart an nice friend to help)
good seller
looks like good quality bms.
Good balancing. No heat when balancing and functioning. keep li-fe to 3.4v. begin balance at 3.5v. leds indicate the elements that are balancing. balancing current .08A I use it on my 1200W electric bike. Check volts on connector before connect i burned one. Connect one wire on every (+) junction 16 wires no wire on first (-) connection. I checked expensive 60A BMS. this one works better and compact.
On the first one, I had the order of the battery's wrong. Goodbye magic smoke. Als, on the first one there were 6 FET's installed, on this one 7. I think I will add the eight one also. In the picture, all 8 fet's are installed
I could figure out the connections with my old deffect BMS, but a connection guide would be welkom
BMS for LiFeP5 i´m using it on my bike, and i´m happy the pirze is low
