The Super 8 Antenna is a must have Update especially when you are from the EU where you have to use 868Mhz. I've experienced failsafes with the R9M Stock antenna. I also recommend to replace the stock R9 MM Receiver Antenna against the FrSky EU 868 or FCC 915 Mhz Dipole T-Antenna.
