The idea is excellent, but my unit had some sewn parts that were not correctly done. I could sew it by myself, it was not too difficult. If you use a Baofeng UV-5R with extended 3200 mAh batteries, the radio will not fit inside. I had to move part of the elastic a bit up in order to make the space for it.
