Quite a few of the bits still had sharp plastic flash, easy enough to remove. Handle lets it down a bit by being light and flimsy at odds with the rest which is of a higher quality. I'm not going to use it for its original purpose as I'm going to use it for making dehydrated dog treats. That way I know what they are getting is good. This product will last a long time doing these (once thoroughly washed)
