All fixtures seal with silicon. Articulated section very tight and holds position well. Screw adjusts secure with lock nuts (good as it’s required if you mount it near your spindle). Very satisfied.

very pleased with this unit comes with 2 holes for mounting , will be usefull for the drill press, now all the machines have a coolant system for the price it exceeeds my expectations, the connecteurs are metric but thats not so big of a deal I will make an adapter for the air line with ease The spout is a full 12 inches long and at least 4 feet of liquid line with brass filter Very happy .

Can only recommend it,. it works very well and since the air and the coolant mist can be very fine separately adjusted it is fun to work with it furthermore the exiting air blows the chips away. I attached the unit on to an magnetic holder which I bought on Bangood.

I have been looking at similar products costing uptown 3 X this price. This works very well and has a good range of coolant delivery rates. I am using a soluble oil type coolant which is delivered to the nozzle from a floor level container to the mist coolant unit about 1.5metres above the container. The height does not appear to affect the flow of coolant, the unit works well with the coolant container at all levels unto the full length of the pipe supplied. This unit DOES NOT require the coolant container to be pressurised.

Nice little unit, adjustable valves on coolant and air are nice. I can get a full splattering spray going when needed or a light fog. I used JB weld to attach a magnet, that works great allowing me to stick the mister on the side on my bench mill head. I run mine off a small air pressure regulator set to about 10 psi.
