That's a hell lot of power ... 1kW at 24V ... I only managed to draw 30A (maximum for my electronic load, not for this power supply) while testing it, but the voltage only dropped by 300mV ... what is quite impressive. The Fan is temperature controlled. When under load it spins up quite fast and is a little bit noisy. But it is not the power supply you would use in the living room anyway ... and in a workshop or lab it still is convenient.
