I have not been able to test the accuracy of the monitored readings due to not having anything to compare, but I believe it to be accurate. No instructions. but fairly self explanatory, however I did see a question asking about instructions so prepared this: Instruction Manual by me!: Slide off back cover in direction of arrow. Insert 2xAAA batteries taking notice of the battery orientations in the bottom of the battery compartment. Slide cover back into place. Press on front cover where you see an on logo. The monitor lights up. Press on the other end to open up the device and slide your finger in to the end where the red light emits from, release so it closes onto your finger. INSTRUCTIONS; Slide open back of device in the direction of the arrow. Insert two AAA batteries taking note of the battery's individual orientation shown in the bottom of the battery compartment. Slide the battery compartment back into place. Turn over the device and give the end marked with an on logo a short press. The screen shows all item illuminated for a split second, this is to verify all elscreen elements are working. The screen should then show two sets of lines - - above each other flashing for a few seconds. After a few seconds the readings will display for blood oxygen and heart rate which are displayed in real time and update around once every second or two. While the finger is still inserted a very short gentle press on the on switch will turn the display upside down so the monitor can be read accurately either by the wearer or a carer standing in front of the wearer. To turn off simply remove from the finger, after a few second without a finger inserted the device goes to sleep. Recommended A++

Il est venu très vite et il fonctionne bien. Pulse manque quelques lignes et vous ne pouvez pas bien dire le prix, mais parce qu'il ya un changement dans l'écran, il résout le problème. Je pense qu'il est arrivé à ce stade d'être un peu défectueux, mais en général, c'est bon.

Ηρθε πολυ γρηγορα και δουλευει καλα.Στους παλμους λειπουν καποιες γραμμες και δεν διακρινεις καλα την τιμη αλλα επειδη εχει αλλαγη φορας στην οθονη λυνεται το προβλημα. Πιστευω ετυχε σ αυτο το σημειο να ειναι λιγο ελατωματικο αλλα σε γενικες γραμμες ειναι καλο.
