I bought this charger to recharge Li-ion BRC 18650 4000mAh 3.7V batteries that had drained to low for the stock charger to recharge them. As soon as I got this charger I read the short instructions, hooked it up and inserted the problem batteries and with in an hour this charger had recovered these batteries and gave them a full charge. Very happy with this charger
