Considering the package had to go from China to South Africa, it only took about 14 days, fast delivery. the package was roughed up, but I have not found anything wrong with the headset itself. I would definitely say; for the price; it's a good product. The mic works well so far with my testing, and the headset sound quality isn't bad. It is definitely a good item for the price. I'm happy with the product so far.
