Better than their own 30L Backpack, the nylon seems a bit stiffer. Zipper pulls are cord instead of metal, last cluncky noise (+ for me). Velcro patch is nice, and comes with MOLLe attachment straps on the back. Four elastic bands on the inside and a sleeve. The elastic seems a little large for what I'm carrying right now but would do great for a FAK (gauze, bandages etc). drainage hole at the bottom and good contruction at a decent price makes this a winner!

This is a perfect medical bag for home, car, or just for you're bug out bag. It has plenty of room for the basics in first aid. Quality is good zippers are strong, just a great little all around bag for under 10.00.
