I understand that this is a knock-off version of a more expensive product, but I was still a bit disappointed by the quality of the product I received. It is ok for the price, and works as expected. I just had the main rounded brush with flattened out bristles, which lowers the efficiency of that brush. I had to use scissors to cut some bristles off on the "pointy brush" extension to tidy it up, and it was hard to connect the extensions together (stiff connection), also it has loosened up a bit

its very useful for cleaning and easy to handle no need to buy battery...

As described, battery did not last as long as I expected and you must not put too much pressure on the brushes or they slow down - they are still fairly effective though. A little top heavy with the extension fitted but this does help apply the right pressure to the wall/tiles being cleaned. Overall fair value for money and does have its uses but could be more powerful.

the packing leaves much to be desired as the original container was completely smashed within the black plastic bag! But, no matter, the products were undamaged and they easily fitted together and are in full working order! The various shapes of brushes are really useful and I am very pleased with their efficiency. Shame that the battery is NiCad as it will need recharging more than the current NiMH variety usually found in up to date products.

Firstly, the package arrived a week later than estimated, and in very broken condition. This may have been caused by the customs inspectors. Fortunately the product was unharmed, and nothing was missing, as far as I can tell. When I used it today the 1st time (after fully charging it) it seemed to me that the brushes turned slower than I expected, but in use it was plenty fast enough to do its job properly. Also, pressing too hard slowed the speed, but I found it does its job better without pressing

did receive what I had ordered and the constant emails back-and-forth you decided that you would make sure that I got the item that I ordered it has meant a great deal to me as this item will be so useful and that was the reason I bought it. Product everybody must have. It will make your life easier, especially with bathroom cleaning. I love it only minus the charge doesn't last for long

The unit worked as advertised, but the battery does not hold its charge between usage. It requires 6 to 8 hour to recharge the unit before you can use it. This means that you need to plan your next usage 1 day in advance or leave the unit on charge all the time
