These bulbs are great for the price. They operate much cooler than comparable halogen bulbs, so they work well in enclosed spaces. There is a small amount of 60 cycle flicker, but not enough to be distracting. I have only used them for several months, so I can't comment on life cycle. So far, so good.

This G8 base LED bulb is very good. It clear very well with 5W. It's great and even better than before the bulb incendescence. It works fine - Cette ampoule culot G8 à LED est de très bonne qualité. Elle claire très bien avec les 5W. C'est super et même beaucoup mieux que l'ampoule d'avant en incendescence. Elle fonctionne très bien

These bulbs replace the existing halogen bulbs and they do not generate heat and have a very soft white light. I wish I would have replaced the halogen a long time ago these are wonderful.
