its cheaply made (but it is cheap, so that's ok) its not grounded and it is insulated with cardboard (!) I wouldn't recommend using this with bulbs over 25w. they look nice if you're looking for this style.

It's Ok for what I wanted as I am incorporating the holder without backplate into a home made lantern which will give me an earth connection. As it stands it isn't to UK standards as there is no earth terminal. Also the wire tails are coloured white for neutral and black for live.
