When the light arrived I immediately went to install it in my reading lamp but it just went all the way in the socket and wouldn't catch on the threads. I checked the box and said it was an E14 (14mm base) when I measured it, it was only 12.5mm. Instead of crying about it, I decided to fix it instead. I got some stiff 1mm steel wire and soldered it to the bulb, and fitted it in the threads all the way around the bulb but that only brought it up to 13.25mm so I repeated it with more wire until it was 14.5mm. It fit in the socket quite nicely, and with its very low current draw and minimal heat I am not worried about it. Certainly better than waiting for a replacement. Sad that it was the wrong one in the box...

J'ai obtenu E27 / E14 / G9 / GU10 / B22 2.8W 21 SMD 2835 LED ampoule de maïs blanc chaud / blanc 110V - E27 blanc chaud. Faites attention, le tis est seulement de 110 à 130 Volts. Je ne l'ai pas vu quand je l'ai acheté!

Belle et petite, éclairage uniforme dans toutes les directions. Cela a parfaitement fonctionné pour éclairer l'escalier menant à mon sous-sol, sans gêner ni être trop lumineux.

Nice and small, uniform lighting in all directions. It worked out perfectly lighting the stairway to my basement, without getting in the way or being too bright.
