I have just received this product and I am very happy with it except for one small issue - there is no starter programming guide. The box arrived with all of the components and a list of what was inside. The packaging was robust and as expected for international shipping. The individual components appear to be of good quality and are packaged either in individual bags or anti-static bags for some of the boards and sub-assemblies. The main issue I have with this kit is that being a Starter Kit, there is no instruction manual either online or within the box (I have searched the site and not located one so far). The Arduino is a very common starting controller and the parts in the kit are excellent for learning and experimenting, however how do you program the individual sub-assemblies? EG. HOW can I program the Digital Temperature Sensor? HOW do I program the 8x8 Dot Matrix? This information IS available on the Internet and can be found, but I would prefer to be able to download a single booklet with sample code snippets. The booklet would not have to be individual to the kit I buy either. If a single booklet was available with basic information about ALL of the sensors and sub-assemblies available then I would also have a way of finding out about other sensors not included in my kit. Overall a good starter kit that says what it does on the label.
