The instructions are fairly easy to get the gist of, but not being in English, I found fully understanding them difficult. Either I wasn't fully understanding how some of the furniture went together or some pieces were measured incorrectly as the desk was wonky when assembled as shown in the images. The quality of the wallpaper print is decent except for the trim which is horribly pixelated. I was a little disappointed that some of the items given to assemble the decorations were... Sub par. You're literally given some pen tips for vases. There was also some tried plants included which I personally wasn't comfortable with using. The artwork is very clearly stolen fanart and screenshots from an anime. The music box included sounded discordant and I didn't use it. On the plus side the glue provided is very good quality. Very sturdy. All that aside, I wouldn't tell anyone to steer clear of this kit. On the contrary, I had a lot of fun putting it together! And that was all down to the fact that I didn't blindly follow the instructions. The chair was missing a piece so I replaced two parts with matchsticks and cannibalised the remaining piece to fix the wonky desk. I filled in the holes and painted the wall and used lollipop sticks as floorboards. I added hinges and a sill to the window, among a few other things. So in my opinion, if you treat this as a base to work off of rather than everything you need, and are willing to sand and paint and provide your own materials, I believe this is a wonderful little kit and would gladly buy more from the same maker I the future.

I got this for my 10 year old kid who likes to build. We got the doll house before the estimated delivery date and it had everything listed on the website. The only downside is the instruction manuel, there is no English instructions but the pictures and numbers in the manuel was sufficed.
