Quality is good and everything is as it should be.

after disappointing results with the first crucible i bought. i took a chance and bought 3 more (just in case 1 breaks and i need another). not surprisingly 2 out of the 3 crucibles broke. once again i am disappointed. i would really appreciate a refund for the 2 out 3 crucibles or a replacement for the 2 out of 3 crucibles
