5 stars, in every category! The product arrived a lot quicker than it anticipated, came with all the parts plus many spares. The quality of prints are incredibly good (which was suprising because I was using their free 3d filament). So, if anyone's wondering if this is a trustworthy site with high quality products, I can assure you it is!

Really great printer. This is not my first printer but it was first time trouble free assembly and printing. advice when you receive it you should to check for next: - Y timing belt was out of the center so when move it to the end stop position squealing sound appears. But it was easy fix. - Under heat bed bracket tighten all 6 wheels if it’s necessary( in mine few were loose and 3 of them are without washers). Also easy fix - Tighten all screws if necessary prints came out smooth as silk at

Product and Service was fantastic. Took me a week to spare sometime to put it together and test. Took about 30 mins to assemble. First print it self was 100% successful (around 3h 40m). It is amazing how the product quality is being maintained to enhance customer satisfaction and user experience. Only thing I had to source from outside the box, was a glue stick to apply on the print bed. Other than that, everything was included in the package. (eg. Easy to put together had it working within an hour . Really good considering its my first 3d printer and the instruction cd was missing but YouTube sorted that little problem Build Quality is very good ,prints are amazing theres good support every where for this printer and would advise anyone new to 3d printing to get this machine.

I am familiar with several 3D printers I use at work, and own an Anet A8. All I can say is from the start this printer is incredible. No hassle, easy setup and amazing prints. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in getting into 3D Printing if you don't like hassle and ease into a very smart simple design. Super fast delivery as well, no damage to any parts. Item received in good condition. Printer frame seems robust, motor axis move smoothly. Tons of tools and replacements parts available in the parcel. Only thing to survey is the heating bed that have to be imporved by conceptors: not leveled properly , you have to level it using four screws. The overall do the job clearly.

This is my 2nd cr10 printer and the printer has been surely improved. The assembly has been made easier and thank creality for the English instruction manual. Print quality is brilliant as usual

Excellent machine. Very easy to assemble and ready to print. The printer has a huge bed of 300 x300 x400mm. very impressive. Get some vibration dampener, and the metal fialment support and some extra nozzles while you order the machine, very well worth it.
