The unit took more than two months to arrive to me in Canada. It was lightly packaged in a plastic bag and a small amount of bubble wrap. Of course, the antenna had broken off. I connected it to a power supply and speakers to test it out. It would not connect to any bluetooth device nor output any audio to my speakers using the auxilary output. Overall a waste of my time an money. I sent a photo of the damage to the seller but they offered no help, instead suggesting that I upload a video. A photo

I bought two of these units and both work perfectly. Bluetooth range is the best I have ever seen I can go into other rooms in my house more than 10m away and still works perfectly. The sub out is handy but suggest using the EQ settings in your app eg Spotify etc to control the sub level or there is too much bass via the sub channel. With good speakers the sound is very impressive.

Nice bluetooth amplifier which connects well to smartphones. You have to use a good power supply to avoid noises and crackling. I ended up using LiIon-powerpacks (batteries).

looks great heavier than I anticipated and the Bluetooth connect was the easiest ever. however I NO sound with Bluetooth OR aux cord what shall I do?
