Really, chest tension is perfect. Back support is very good. As former dancer I have back pain problems (mostly muscle tension) - its help. Really help. Abdomen support can be stronger - but its very individual. If you have problem with waist pain or back support, probably you need belt. For every day routine use - perfect. For therapy use - very good. Use how you feel to keep your body in tonus.
