This harness is set-up for charging multiple batteries in a series. For example; if you hook-up 3 300mah 1S batteries your charger will see it as 1 3S battery you're trying to charge. However, if you’re willing to do a little soldering; you can remove the heat shrink, cut the wires and re-solder all red to red, and all black to black. Then you can use this harness to charge in Parallel.

It is a must if you're charging 1S 3.7V quad batteries (e.g. V939, U816, Mini Pet, etc) because this charging harness supports BALANCED CHARGING on a computerized charger. Buy two of these and couple with "Twin pack charge lead (2 x 3S) 6S w/ XT60 harness" and you get to balanced charge 6 batteries!
