I received and powers up and receives signal. The small OK button seems to pushed in and I can not push it. I can not toggle it from side to side and up and down. I asking you for advice on this as the manual dose not have answers for this problem. Do I return it or can it be repaired?

neo2001 I'm having the exact same issue. There also seems to be missing a part since the button is black and I cant press it oder move it in any direction.
