the gel pads are not well adhered - trapped bubbles. It functions as described; a bit like a mild taser shock which causes involuntary muscle contractions. Not sure there are any health benefits, but I will be ordering another.

dissapointed with the product. the elextrodes seem to not put out what they are advertised. but still feel mild effects from the product.
