Mine came defective. It had a short-circuit because one of the positive coils was soldered on with too much solder and touched the negative plate on the other side of the PCB. after taking it apart it could easily be fixed by removing the excess solder with an iron. Works great now, but it destroyed two of my li-ion cells before I found the short.

I use this as a spare for my MF04 torch. I use 18650 batteries with a protection circuit, and they are a tight squeeze. So a quick change of batteries is not that easy. So I purchased one of these and keep it handy with the spare batteries already loaded. Changing batteries is now very quick.
