I take your product yesterday and i try to charge the batterys. In the charger one light orange and then green its ok byt the other insole not light any color so one battery is ok but the other battery in the insole not working.then i test them with the remote control .one insole its ok but the other not light and no heating.Iwant to replace them what i must do
