All three are performing beautifully for two different functions. One is hooked up to the door release button for the front door of our condo building. Now I can get inside without keys. The other two are opening garage doors in different ways. I set one up in my brother-in-laws house wired directly to the opener, functions flawlessly. The second at our condo building I had to get more inventive. So I soldered the output directly to the switch points on a garage door opener. This one operates flawlessly as well. Good value and very reliable.

I found that the circuitboard will not activate the relay like some other circuit boards do when power is interrupted, which is great!
