GOOD PRODUCT, PERFECT SURFACE FINISH AND FUNCTION, BUT ONE OF THE BATTERIES CAME IN THE DELIVERY WITH A COMPLETELY NON-WORKING VOLTAGE OF 0.38V, EVEN AFTER CHARGING FOR TWO DAYS. I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF THE MANUFACTURER SENT ME A NEW BATTERY - FULLY FUNCTIONAL.

kostas82 In order to restore the low voltage battery, use the good one after having it fully charged. Using two cables with crocodile clips on both sides connect the good battery to the low voltage one connecting positive to positive and negative to negative terminals between the batteries. Leave them connected for 2-3 minutes. Use a voltmeter to distinguish the positive and negative leads. After you finish those steps check the bad battery voltage and you should be able to put it on the charger to fully charge. This is the only possible way to restore a low voltage drained battery. I hope it will work fine.
