The product works perfectly but I received it with the packaging broken and scratched. I think it was dragged. If it was packed well, not just the bag I do not think it was getting it so. The power plug for the socket is not included

I bought this for a Samsung monitor I picked up at a second hand store cheap (because it was missing it's power supply). Works perfectly and now I have a brand new (new to me) monitor for under $20.00 all together.
