I've been buying from this store and the *express as well. So far All items I ordered from Banggood have arrived while the other bigger online store half of what I ordered never arrived. So I may just shop here and skip the other one from now on. Package arrived in ok condition, boxes were a little out of shape but the contents inside are all good. There is a surface finish coating on the caddy maybe anodizing. but one of my vertical piece didn't have one. No big deal since all the colors look the same One thing to note, If you bought two or three layers, all layers of the caddie needs to be attached to the wall. Therefore other than the hook function of the stile ( the vertical piece), I see no purpose for it.
